As adopting quality hot rolled steel tube produced by BAOSTEEL as ingot while being in accordance with the production standard, DIN2391/EN10305, the product can be processed into the precision seamless steel tube with high precision and good fineness by accurate and unique cold drawn/cold rolled technology. Trough the glazed hot treatment with oxygen free medium as protective atmosphere, no oxide skin(film) may appear inthe internal or external surface of finished product. Due to that, no only the original dimension, precision and cleanliness can be maintained but also the performance of steel tube shall be improved which is suitable for different deep processing. It can be applied to fuel, gas(air brake) and liquid systems of manufacturing industry of different vehicles including car, coach, rolling stock(locomtive) and varied engineering machineries (like digger, bulldozer, overhead wording truck, sweeper, concrete pump truck and others) as well as in hydraulic tube fitting system for different hydraulic machinery.
