Steam Boiler Economizer Serpentine Bended Pipes

H-economizer two rectangular fin, similar to a square, its edge length for the fluorescent tubes of 2-fold, an expansion of the heating surface.

H-economizer flash resistance welding processes used, the welding seam after the high rate of fusion, weld tensile strength, and has good thermal conductivity. H-economizer can also manufacture dual tube "double H"type fin tubes, its rigid structure, and can be applied to a longer tube row occasions.

We manufacture Pipe coils in Spiral, Helical(spring), or serpentine shapes. Pipe sizes can range from ¼” to 6”. Pipe coils provide excellent heating or cooling capability to cool or heat the contents of your tank.

For your Pipe Bending needs, we can bend pipe ranging from 1/4" in diameter to 24" in diameter. We can bend the pipe into elbows, sweeps, jogs, etc. depending on your specific needs and tailored to your required radius of bend.
